WHA Training programs provide members with hands-on learning, practical skills, and industry knowledge, ensuring professional development, compliance with standards, and enhanced expertise across all aspects of water dispenser operations and services.
A short on-line course, ideal for staff members who are new to the Member company and the industry, including the importance of personal hygiene, importance of sanitisation and an overview of the Association.
To register online attendance, please complete the short booking form. You will receive an invoice and access codes to enable delegates to attend the course, take the short assessment and receive their certificate.
Available very shortly, this course will enable Members to keep their staff knowledge of hygiene refreshed between the full hygiene course, ensuring that they continue to provide a professional and expert service.

To complete the Knowledge check: Scroll down from presentation & click next section
Click finish review
Click Induction course knowledge check to begin assessment
Answer all questions – click finish once completed
Click submit all and finish (answers will be displayed)
To access Certification scroll down from assessment, click next activity – Induction Course completion certificate:
Close Course window
Click view certificate – this will download as a PDF
Check name of delegate and date course completed are correct
Print certificate or save to computer
